Well, it's a simple but effective concept! Your coach is your partner, working with you to achieve the business success you desire. We are there to make sure it follows an approach that work. To make sure that set goals are achieved we use the same QXST philosophy that our organization is following every day and that has made so many organization and individuals successful over the years.

QXS-BC happens by telephone, email, face-to-face or in our virtual working facilities (www.WorkACE.com) during regular weekly sessions. This allows for a very efficient use of your and our time. You'll be coached in the convenience of your home or office, allowing you to be in a comfortable place to really communicate well. Coaching by writing is very powerful, leaving you better able to focus on the content of the communication. We follow only highly effective methods which also save in travel time and costs.

You choose what you'd like to work on in your primary coaching session. You'll solve problems, make the most of your opportunities, discuss your goals and receive what you need to make sure things get done. You'll talk about your dreams, vision and ideas and together we put them into concrete plans to follow. Then we make sure they are followed as planned or we learn why the plans did not work and we correct them.

Your coach will point out perspectives you haven't considered, offer advice, help you plan your next steps, and celebrate your successes with you. You'll feel accountable to your coach, which keeps you on track.

And of course, all information you share is absolutely confidential between you and your coach.

What is the investment?

Your investment in coaching depends on your individual needs and choice of coach. We can work on either an hourly, daily or value based monthly fee. We use a very accurate computerized model to calculate our fees. It's based on the size of the business, number of employees, areas to improvement, level of difficulty of subject and level of involvement by coach.
